We want all students attending Falmer Academy to have the best possible education – and will provide first-rate technology, exciting new teaching methods and new school buildings. Through this we want students to gain the skills they need for your future life, work and study. We want you to enjoy learning and your time at the Academy.

Student voice

Students will have their say in the life and work of the Academy - its organisation, teaching and learning planning, and staff recruitment. The Academy will support them in developing these skills through student councils and by including a student governor on the Academy’s governing body.

Uniform

The Falmer Academy will have a new uniform in September 2010. The Parents Council and Students will be involved in this important matter. For those students transferring from Falmer High School to the Academy in 2010, it is expected that this uniform will be provided free.
